Olympic speed skater Nathalie Lambert wants people with arthritis to get up and dance

Former short-track speed skater Nathalie Lambert has swapped her blades for dance moves, and is bringing low-impact dance to others with limited mobility due to joint pain.

The three-time Olympian was in Ottawa recently to launch Hi-Lo Cardio Dance, her sixth dance fitness DVD, along with a more high-impact program, Cardio Latino 2.

Lambert, 44, first competed at the Winter Games in Calgary in 1988, when short-track speed skating was introduced as a demonstration sport. She and her team placed third in the women's relay.
